Do you care what happens in Nigeria? Or Somali?
I don't know about you but I'm actually quite sick and tired of hearing about these 2 countries. Tired of reading about the constant violence. Tired of hearing how these people need help. Cold? Perhaps. But every country has it's own dificulties. You can't go around solving other people's problems. And I *do* believe it's up the countries' own people to make a stand.
Perhaps it's not as simple as that but I.... I.... I'm really past the point of caring. Acts of God is one thing. But the sheer love of violence?
*shakes head*

Nigeria and Somalia represent the way most of the world has been most of the time, since we started getting crowded.

I do agree with you, in the sense that man has an innate predilection for violence.
But these 2 countries in particular have seen *nothing* but violence. Even Indonesia, another powderkeg, has good things going for it.....
