Mother's day was yesterday - and to cut a long story short, we didn't get a chance to do anything for Mom. I felt a little bad about it, so walked around after work today.
After walking around for about an hour between the 2 tampines malls, finally settled for a mousse/meringue chocolate cake from SweetSecrets.
Good call - apparently Mom's been craving for a good cake for a while now so the one I bought hit the spot. Feeling a little less guilty now.
All we need to do now is re-schedule the dinner that got wiped out.
