Stupid planning

We were supposed to do training to-day. We settle in. And hey! whaddaya know? We're just barely into recapping our first week live on the operations floor, when we're informed that the room will be re-decorated to-day.

Wonderful.
So much for the planning system. And so much for their much vaunted "people developer" rating, if they cannot even schedule a training session correctly. I wonder what will happen to tomorrow's scheduled training? Room wasn't ready as we left for home and I doubt they'll finish tomorrow.

This company sucks ass. Sucked ass before, but I was pretty sheltered, working the graveyard shift. And I've got a first hand taste of it now. Heartlander company and fucking heartlander mentalities. But considering how much (or little) I'm being paid....
