Found this cool photo-article thingie on the BBC - it shows how our planet has changed through the years. Most interesting! Some photographs from 20-30 years back are taken and compared with modern satellite pics and the differences are..... to say the least..... visually feast-worthy.

Interesting set of photos that would seem to support the idea that we are indeed going through a period of rapid geological change. Sure a bunch of science on both sides however, and it all has to be weighed. Thanks!

re the photos; i personally think the planet DOES change significantly over time. and am gratefully we have scientists that showase those changes.
