Done!

Well now, finally!
I'm on my second half of product training (after 7 weeks on the call centre floor) and they are moving me to the admin side fully as of 1st July.

About bloody time.

Speaking of timing - they had to "train" me on handling emails to-day. On my 2nd day of product training. Wunnerfool, eh? To plan my training schedule such that it clashed. And this is for no other reason apart from the fact that the trainer didn't feel like training me on Thursday.
