People development

The company I am contracted to work for is large. It's one of the larger local companies and it's been..... interesting, to say the least.

By the way, one of the "interesting" things I've noticed is that I've worked for them over a month now, but they still can't seem to provide the basic things or tools. Like a login to Novell and the telephony system. Which kinda defeats the whole idea of having CRM software to manage your call flow.

Kind of reminds me of my previous employer. A luxurious hotel world reknowned for it's service and pampering of guests. Supposedly a "people developer" tagged company too. Tagged my ass. Imcompetent staff that shuffled around doing fuck-all. I had to apply for my OWN email address there and wait 6 bloody weeks to have it set up.


Shit - I wonder if they've traded secrets.
