I'll tell you what's spot on - Sexuality @ 90%, Cautiousness @ 76%. The only thing they missed out was the wide, hard, perfectionist streak I know I have. As an ex-staff told me one day..... I'm hard on everyone, including myself. Not mean, just demanding. Not harsh, just exacting. Work quality has to be excellent. THEN everyone goes out to play after work.
