Finally!

My shift to the admin department is off to a good start.

First off - my new seat faces my former corner. So I get to see the LCD screen that displays the stats and the call volume. Oh man, I lucked out. The going has been tough for the last few days. Non-stop calls, merciless team leaders who log you back in after a nanosecond, rude & demanding customers, and tired TIRED ex-colleagues. That could have been me.

Instead, all I have to do is reply to emails. The whole day. I cleared about 120+ emails on Monday, which is a lot. But not a single bloody call. Worked in obscenely serene silence. Work just got better a whole lot.
