Moderation

Another exercise in futility - researchers now say coffee is good for you.

Heh! Hello? Everything you take in, in moderation, will be something you enjoy. And if you're lucky, be good for you. It only gets dangerous, for example, if you drink coffee throughout the day (10-12 cups?) with no water, and you do that every damn day of your life. In about 40 years, your liver'll probably give out on you or something. Moderation is key. One good guage is to make sure you drink as much fluid as you drink anything else i.e. one glass water, one cup coffee.

Moderation. As in everything else in life, go do whatever you want, but in moderation!

I can't imagine life without coffee, and I think I'm good to go.

I'd like to die in moderation. Is that possible?

Can the water be replaced with beer? Beer, coffee, beer, coffee, beer, tequila, coffee, irish coffee, beer, absinthe...
Yeah, I could pull that off.

I had to give up coffee because of acid reflux disease... believe me, giving up caffeine was harder than quitting smoking! I haven't had a real craving for a cigarette in 4 years, but my brain still feels cloudy every morning without my java.
