Just found out to-day that the team I built at The Hotel to run their 4 loyalty programmes has been dismantled.
The former GM took a bit of getting used to but was extremely focused. And the new GM thinks 180 degrees the other way - that loyalty programmes are not revenue generators. So the manager who took over the team when I left has since been shifted into another department.
I wonder what happened to my former staff - they were a damned good bunch.....
