A man after my own heart. Heh!A top hotel in an upmarket Austrian resorts has slapped a ban on young children - but is still letting in dogs. Hotel Cortisen owner Roland Ballner, 38, said the children were always badly behaved and invariably more trouble than they were worth. He claimed bookings had flooded in since he promised to kick out kids under the age of 12 from May next year.
I'm not surprised if bookings flooded in. Not every couple wants to travel to a noisy, rambunctious destination. *I* wouldn't want that. If I want a holiday, I'd like some peace a quiet, some graceful solitude to just enjoy myself. In fact, the reason I go ON holiday is to get away from it all.
I wish there were more places like that.

I wish resturants would have sections for people with children so others don't have to be subjected to their bad parenting skills. I hate going out to a nice dinner and it be ruined by a childs temper tantrum. If I would have behaved that way as a child, my mom would have took me to the restroom, spanked my ass, paid the tab, and promptly took me home.
RE - my sentiments exactly! Bad parenting skills - that is so bloody apt.
