Why do they do this?

I hate when people write wonky.

I'm talking about this :
wHen TheY thInk ThaT thIS is A cOol wAy tO TyPe.
It pisses the shit out of me, and I assume that the person who types this way has a mentality of a 12 year old. With the physical dexterity of a 4 year old. I'm willing to go lower with some of the more irritating examples.


It is NOT cool. It sucks big time. And it's aggravating as all hell.
