It's not a good trait and not one I indulge in.
But to-day... to-day I had reason to gloat. Suffice it to say I had a good day. And a really damned good Gloat.
Not good enough for emails, I was told. Not professional enough, even though a number of my colleagues have openly admired at how clear I can be when explaining things (yes, I really am a good teacher and guide). Cannot be trusted with language. This, in a sea of grammatically-challenged idiots.
And yet! And yet! Was asked to go back twice to-day and assist. No one else would do.
Why? Because the one handling my job scope couldn't cope. Will only use my PC because I had pre-set the templates. Which she is using unchanged. Volume was too much. panic, panic, panic.
Really? Get with the times, woman!
If you want to be in charge, bloody show them how to do it! Your staff will only respect you if you show them you know how to get your hands dirty too! But this one.... she is a keeper. Too busy to do real work, walking around patrolling, goes home on the dot sharp. Working an extra measly hour is cause for extreme drama. What a bloody useless waste of the title "supervisor".
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Oh. Good. Grief.
I never realised how good it was to be evil and really gloat to one's prejudiced heart's content. lol.
The reasonable side of me will return when the smirk on my face has gone.
Natural introvert, learned extrovert.
