Ironic

It continuously amazes me how the more measly a policyholder is, the bigger the fuss is kicked up.

We've just sent out the yearly statement. Finally after 6 weeks, it's over. But we've got buggers with a single miserable life policy complaining about internet security. On the other hand, I've had customers worth a million dollars thank us for the ease of tracing their data online.


Isn't that just typical?
