Long day, long week.

This guy threw in his letter and we all knew he wasn't going to last. We had to have our shifts lengthened to cover for his sorry ass.

As a testament to the inexperience of the powers that be..... he asked for a recommendation, they gave him a good one. Oi! Which was bullshit because he was, continuously and loudly, a problem at work both in terms of productivity and ethical behaviour.

And because of said good recommendation, he was promptly hired by someone and he threw in his resignation. with immediate notice. when we're supposed to serve one month. Talk about being bitten in the ass.


I just wish I wasn't involved in helping with the salvaging of rostered duties.
