Went to catch Munich after work to-day.
For some reason, I've had a burning desire to catch this one show. Which is not unusual since I'm a movie nut. But what WAS unusual was that it was a serious movie. Political murder. Global retaliation. y'know, no haha-laughter and it was based on a rather severe topic.
I walked out in the end, tired but thoughtful. And I couldn't help feeling that the director made the ending deliberately ambiguous. Otherwise, I rather good watch. Slow, but that's ok in a movie which turned the lead character from a simple family man to a tired, hardened paranoid.
Damn.
This happened the year I was born.
The struggle's been going on longer than I thought.
