Cheap thrill

I have had a revelation.

Apparently, some of the younger colleagues enjoy sitting next to me because I am so animated, pretty noisy and generally very entertaining to be around..

Animated when callers are rude and I put down the phone swearing in hokkien - I have no qualms about venting through colourful language. It helps. For me. And this is the service line - you do what it takes.....

Or animated because callers are great and genunine happiness comes forth through my voice. And I know I sound incredibly chirpy and happy to serve. What can I say? Service is all about mindset and I *am* gratified when I make someone happy.


But what I told the girls was it's because I'm full of shit. They found that hilarious.
