I am continually amazed.

Amazed that there are people who call in asking for insurance policies that don't belong to us. Amazed that these people care so little about where their money lies. Amazed that they just don't give a shit.

Like the guy who told his broker that he had an NCD of 40% from us. Broker will always call us to reconfirm. Turns out this guy had sold his bloody Mercedes Benz and and happily told his broker he couldn't remember which company his car was insured under. Old life or medical policies, people buy when young and as the years pass, memories grow faded.

But motor insurance? When cars are so bloody expensive in Singapore? A requirement by law that your car is covered? And you don't know who your insurance comapny is?

And by the way, oh Al-fucking-mighty duty supervisor for the day, how about giving people a chance to do their shit? We are at full strength, call volume is infinitely managable today (relaxed even), people are walking around , and you can't even allow me to log out for a miserable minute to send my requests? This is from the same idiot woman who types with 3 fucking fingers. Fuck me, but that's what I call double standards.
