Talk about being threatened by the competition.

Lookit, Google has had chat within it's programme for a while now and you know what? Sometimes I use it, sometimes I don't. Usually I don't. I'm so used to running MSN and Yahoo! separately that once I'm done checking email, I log out immediately. Plus, I really dislike that fact that I have to keep a whole window open just to send IMs.

This is the best part. Consumers can now run the two programs in one Web browser. There is no need to download Yahoo Messenger software, a complication for users who are not technically inclined.


Whoa. Talk about making it idiot proof.
