People who call and say I give you my ID number, check for me what policies do I have?
I always want to reply What? Don't you know? What kind of fucktard are you?

I can understand if you can't recall the type of policy you've taken, or your coverage amount. Or even the name of your policy. But to ask if you've got any policies with us in the first place..... I mean, how bloody oblivious can you be? Don't you know who your insurers are?
