But WAIT!
Look at the countries involved in this! They're Brazil, Cameroon, Colombia, Congo, Costa Rica, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Indonesia, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea and Peru.

With the exceptions of Brazil and Costa Rica, of whom I don't know very much about, the rest aren't exactly countries known for their integrity. If I were a country, I wouldn't be holding my breath, if you know what I mean. And no, that's not a typo... I checked... we're talking about Congo-Brazzaville and Congo-Kinshasa, as they're known informally.
