WTF - Singapore Noodles

I am amazed, I tell you.
Flabbergasted.
Speechless.
I have NO idea what to say.
Who would have thought people would hawk Singapore Noodles as a dish?

We bloody don't have them here! lol

I have discovered, as a Singaporean, that vermicelli is being sold as Singapore Noodles and a multitude of websites apparently tout it as a favourite in North America and the UK. Oh, and Europe too, because my German friend told me about it and that's what he's having for dinner Right Now.

Which is what led me to search for this concoction in the first place. :o

There are recipies for this.

They're packaged like instant noodles.

And they're served in - to us Singaporeans - weird combinations.


Oh, the things we learn about ourselves everyday....
