If you call to complain about something, and I offer you a solution, and you decline, but CONTINUE to complain, I am sooo not interested in helping you.
One woman did just that.
See, my company just rebranded and our corporate colours have changed too. One woman called to complain about the colour. Oh, and the font. It was too small. On and on and on and on. I let her go on for a good 4-5 minutes too. In the end, I told her I personally couldn't change anything for her since it's a corporate website, but I would be pleased to show her how to enlarge the font. Can I talk you through it to help you?
No, she huffed back. What's the point? Your webpage is still so ugly.

I was genuine in my offer to help. I needn't have, it was non-insurance related after all. I let her go on for another 2 seconds then I cut her off and asked if there was anything else. No more empathy in my voice. Just firmly. I wasn't entertaining her no more. Don't care if she was offended. Don't care at all.
She got the hint and hung up.
