Put your money where your mouth is

I do mostly night shift, yes?

To ensure that we meet our daily "productivity" levels, we not only take incoming calls, but we also answer to customers emailed inquiries. And complaints. It can be tough.... the emails are attended to when the calls die down. So we start typing away at about... oh... 2-3am. When we get sleepy. lol. So. We try to ensure we don't type gibberish. Which is hard when we give out financial numbers and insurance policy details :o

But I digress....

Complaints! Some are valid. Some.... like the one I just received... are from cowards. People who like to make a lot of noise from an ANONYMOUS distance.

Look, it's quite simple : If you have a complaint to make, make sure you have the evidence and guts to back it up. If you want to make noise and don't bother to sign of on your email, plus plus write us from an email that we cannot trace, plus make specious accusations....
