Woman calls in, she's had a motor accident. No one's hurt but she wants to check her vehicle insurance coverage and how to do the accident reporting. But get this, she's not insured with us. Plus, she doesn't know who she's insured under.

I can never get my head around this..... You spend thousands of dollars on purchasing a car. Thousands more on upkeep. And you don't know who your insurance company is?

Really, passing your license should require an intelligence test.
