I am extremely frustrated right now.

I have entertained 3 calls from this idiot girl and her fucktard parents in the space of an hour. The girl is going to the UK for 6 months to study, LEAVING THIS MONDAY. And she has no insurance. Now she and her parents are panicking.

Tell me this : what kind of idiot parents won't think of insurance for your child? What sort of fucktard will leave this till the last moment?

Now it's Saturday night, you're leaving this Monday. What makes you think you can buy all sorts of insurance on a fucking Sunday? Also, to top it off, each call takes about 10-15 minutes of my explaining THE SAME thing.
