I am surrounded by idiots.

People - who are out there fucking around, driving their cars, working for companies, and who ask such grossly stupid questions - have purchased insurance plans. Travel? You're travelling? Are you sure you should be allowed out of the house without supervision?

A webchat came in... person is worried about where they'd applied for it online correctly. After asking - politely, mind you - what sort of emailed confirmation was received, I got fed up and typed "Sorry, was that just an email, or an actual attachment (PDF file)?" And there was no reply for nigh on 2 minutes. Hello? Do you not know what an attachment is? You so garang want to apply online, but can't tell what an attachment is?

Bah. My shift sucks today. Can't wait to go home and play with my new lappy. The local video shop was having a clearing out sale too.. bought a WHOLE BUNCH of titles... ok, wait, about 9 titles, for less than $50. Yeah, whole bunch! I want to go home and zone out to some senseless movie!
