Uh oh. I think I'm drooling.

I'm in trouble. Seeeerious trouble.


Apparently, the local dessert of choice is crema catalana, which is the spanish version of Crème brûlée. And it's apparently available througout the year.


I can assure you that I am going to come back heavier. Much heavier.


Crème brûlée is a weak spot of mine and if crema catalana is anything like this, I am going to hunt down and devour every version I can find. Worse, it's not as rich as normal Crème brûlée and if that's the case, 2 per meal. lol. Or perhaps it will BE the meal.


Yup.... serious trouble, I tell you :o
