Got a call from a Java home user.
On and on and on and on about how Java won't load. I finally had to interrupt her and bulldoze over her diatribe. Sorry chika, you called Oracle. And whilst Oracle owns Java, you've got free software and - the operative word being FREE - that doesn't entitle you to live phone support.
Whilst redirecting her to the correct website (doh! Java.com!), she said "I can understand you! But I can't understand American!".
Turns out she couldn't understand her cousins lol
