Rain

By the way, it rained this morning, here in Pasir Ris.I can't believe it rained! I never thought I'd miss the rain!

But I'll tell you something else.
Whenever it rains anywhere else on the island, it stays dry in PR. And if it's a bloody deluge here, it's hot and dry every else. I cannot tell you how many times I've had to brandish an unweldly umbrella in the madhouse that is Orchard Road for nothing.

Still, said umbrella does come in handy when prodding aside a roaming idiot Singaporean walking at one step per hour outside the Marriott.
