Corruption

By the way, I had coffee on Fri night with an old, old friend of mine. I met J through the local BDSM community a few years back and even though he's years younger than I am, we get along extremely well.

Why do I bring J up? Because he was part of the delegation that went to Geneva for negotiations with the Indonesians on the
waste material topic.

Now, I've never had a lot of respect for the Indonesians because they clamour for Singapore tourist dollars but will bitchslap us every time they need a fucking scrapegoat for political reasons.

Privately, almost everyone in this region will know that the Indonesians are fucktards out to wriggle whatever they can from anyone they cheat. They're underhanded, unscrupulous and with extremely low moral ethics. Not for nothing are they ranked at the bottom of the
Transparency International (TI) 2004 Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI)

" .... At the bottom of the list - countries perceived to the most corrupt - are (in order from the bottom) Cameroun, Nigeria, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Honduras, Tanzania and Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro)..... "

Yes, it's majorly Politically Uncorrect of me to say all this, but you should hear what goes around the meal table when family or friends get together. My comments are merely the icing on the cake. The tip of the iceberg. A peephole into the disgruntlement of having Indonesia as a neighbour.

Sometimes it rankles that we should give them face just to keep the peace.
