I'm useless with bugs.
Holy crap, you would not believe how useless. ESPECIALLY caterpillars. Creepy crawlies. Doesn't matter how big, or small, they are. I'll yell a lot, do my spastic get-that-thing-away-from-me dance, and eventually kill it.
Why do I bring up all this? Because I just came across an article that reports on a new sub-species found in Hawaii.
One that doesn't chew leaves but catches prey instead.
