I find this very disturbing.
The man has been in jail for "37 of the past 39 years in Australia's prison system for child sex offences dating back to 1965, when he raped a seven-year-old boy" and now is being deported back to the UK, where he will walk the streets in relative freedom.
Allow me to quote :
"He has been freed from prison on parole three times and committed another child sex crime on each occasion. He raped a nine-year-old boy while on parole in 1973, and a 13-year-old boy when freed again in 1977. In 1981, he was once again freed on parole but was later convicted of indecent behaviour with a boy under 14."
He obviously cannot control his impluses and is a definite danger to society and children, in particular. I really wish governments, when faced with such an acknowledged threat, would just lock'em up again. Place them under house arrest or something. Just make sure he doesn't hurt anyone anymore.
This is above and beyond the normal plane of evil humanity exists on.

I think beheading would be appropriate. I find people who commit rape of any kind are worse then murderers.
