This company is strange.

For a quasi-govt type outfit, the admin staff are pushed hard. When I did call centre for 2 months, it was pushing off time every day at 5.30pm sharp. Now that I'm answering emails, instead of taking calls, I find myself staying back every day. And it's not just me. Practically the entire team stays until 6 or 7pm. And considering that we start at 8.30am, that's a relatively long day.


I thought I was done with that when I quit corporate.....
