Ready

I'm ready for the impending MasterChief visit.

Sometimes I wonder why I do this to myself - long distance relationships are never easy. I've been in 2. #1, I got dumped. # 2, I dumped him. (how's that for karma? *amused*). But the point is, they're a lot of work.

You work to make sure you're in touch. To stay connected, to stay close, to learn to trust and to learn to have faith in your partner. That's a lot to juggle. Especially the bits about having trust and keeping the faith. And isn't the truism most apt? That for the things you really really REALLY want in life, you're going to have to work for them? As in, really really REALLY work for them?


Although what the MasterChief has in store me isn't (ahem) work.
