Shift


Well now - I've been put on shift.

It's strange, it really is. Big Boss Upstairs decides that it's good that emails are tended to around the clock. Unlike call centre, where you place most manpower during your peak periods, emails are pretty much stagnant.

Attest! If I come in at 9AM or noon, does it shift the email? Does the email clamour for immediate attention? Do we need to pacifiy the angry email because no one is answering it? Bloody No, No and No.


Sometimes Management needs a kick in the head.
