You know, I could expect this to be done in countries were graft, bribery, corruption and other goodies were a way of life. But in the US? Don't get me wrong. Greed and avarice are hallmarks of humans and the US certainly doesn't have a monopoly on THAT.


But it certainly is a little shocking.
