Bloody hell - to-day felt like a Monday.

Dick of the week goes to a man who ranted and raved about how we weren't doing our job. And about how we were cheating the little man. And how our serviced sucked. And how I was useless. Fucktard made it personal - a sign of an incredibly small, vindictive and downright mean personality.

This, inspite of my calling him back within the 10 minutes I promised him with a status up-date, inspite of him refusing to give me any claim, policy or reference number, inspite of any other offer to help.
