..... through my first day back at hotline inquiry.

I thought I would be seriously out of touch with the different CRM platforms. Thought I'd be lost at sea with all the different things happening - I'd spent the last 4 months focusing only on Life insurance. And I had forgotten how idle people can be when they think you have forever to answer their ridiculous queries. But surprise, surprises, made it and beat the day's quota of calls, actually. Not too bad for a first day.

But got to share this with you.
One guy asked me how to "teach the lorry driver a lesson". Said lorry had clipped his side view mirror of the car.

"I beg your pardon, Sir" I said, "How did you mean?"
"I want to sue him!!!!!" came the reply. (Yes, I heard the exclamation marks over the phone)
Hello? Insurance company? File for a claim? Yes. Bring a legal suit? Big fucking hairy No.
And then the guy got stroppy because I wouldn't confirm if he could sue or not. WTF?
