Well well well.
Ramadan has started.
It's a very holy month, I believe, for Muslims.

How did I know it's started?

I was coming up to the office after lunch, met a fellow colleague in the lift. Lunch time? gathered a shake of the head from the girl.

G : Don't you know we've started fasting?
Me : No, you have?
G : How can you not know we've started?
- accompanied by a pout and a shake of the head.
Me : Because I'm not Muslim?

I'm not smiling. She is, though. And I suspect it's to shake off the embarressment. I don't expect others to observe MY holy days, so don't expect other's to celebrate your holy days either.


Nothing to do with religion. Everything to do with bloody common sense.
