Snow

Weather's been gorgeous these last few days.

I don't know why it turned out so nice. Before we went off to Phuket, it was raining every single day. It rained when we came back. But it's slowly turned. Days are bright and sunny with very little cloud cover. The breezes are brisk. But it's not oven hot. Humidity has been very low and things have been ..... brilliant, actually.

But not so on the other side. More snow! More cold! I read this
article and immediately thought about Rich and Barry.

Stay safe and warm, you guys.

We've had a heat wave - it got above freezing this week. ;-) But a snowstorm is moving in tonight.

My office is at the very southern tip of Manhattan, surrounded by water on three sides, where I can catch the wind gusts from New York Harbor, *and* the Hudson River, *and* the East River when I get out of the subway.

So yeah, it's pretty cold. Like standing with a snowball under each armpit in a freezer with an ice cream cone in your hand.

Barry,
I imgine that the view must be quite quite spectacular!

But no, I would prolly never survive. That's quite a mental image you've given me :o
