Good god, people.
The annual policyholder statement mail-out has resulted in out and out chaos.

I'm on the early early morning shifts this week, which means I go in to work grumpy. My temper is not improved by idiots who are out there breathing and having babies.

Where to start? Who will be idiot of the week? So many choices... so little time.

It could be the customer who called up and demanded a courtesy car whilst his own vehicle was was bring repaired. Insisted it was his right! Demanded to speak to supervisor! You're too stupid to speak to, girl! Demand! Demand! Demand! Turns out his bloody car wasn't even insured by us. What kind of fucktard spends thousands of dollars on a car and then doesn't know who his insurance company is. Argh!

Oh wait, there was also this man who called up and requested so many things and turned his story around so many angles every one knew he was lying. I had the intense misfortune to speak with him THREE times. And when I tell you I'm sorry Sir, but I cannot continue this discussion because it's been escalated and then remain silent until YOU speak, can you not tell I am not going to entertain you? ARGH!!

Ah yes, then there the numerous (about 8 that I recall) people who called up to ask why we're deducting money for a policy they didn't take up? In 2005, the govt body sends you 2 letters to inform you of the impending transfer. We take over and send you a welcome letter. In 2006 we send you your policy documents and another welcome pack. Plus your notice of premium deduction. Now in 2007 you've just received your statement for 2006 and I really can't believe you didn't know. How can you claim innocence and ignorance? How can you say we cheated you of your money? DOUBLE TRIPLE QUADRUPLE ARGH!!!

These have got to be my top 3 gripes. And it's only Tuesday. 2 more shifts to go before I get double off days on Fri and Sat. Then I'm going to lock myself in my room and get pizza squeezed under my door. Maybe insert a pipe up my ass if I need to take a dump. lol.
