woo - I want to see this!

The Sister told me about a new TV series called Spartacus : Blood and Sand .

Then she brought Her BoyFriend home to show him some clips.

I managed to watch a wee, tiny bit... but what I've seen makes me think that hhhmmmmm, highly compelling. It's gory, bloody, with A LOT of skin (full frontal male nudity, anyone?) and I know it will never *ever* be shown in Singapore. But what the heck, I looked it up on IMDB anyways.

Apparently, it's so well received by the WE ARE SPARTA crowd, someone started a forum thread on best loved quotes. And the one that got me giggling was :
Fat Man (Aulus): Are you sure you have the balls to go this alone?
Ashur: Two of them. Very large.
Man, if I had'em, I would soooo use this line!


So. Something to look forward to now!


PS - it features an almost unrecognisable Lucy Lawless as a redhead :o
