Breakfast of kings (and hot women lol)

Man..... oh man oh man oh man oh MAN!

When you do shift work, you need understanding friends!! Fortunately, understanding friends - I have them :D

Met Bernadette for breakfast to pass her her birthday gift. I didn't have much time for wrapping, so had to grab a bunch of materials from home and then construct this under the curious eyes of my colleagues at work. But turned out pretty, if I do say so myself. (For those of you who wonder, YES the ribbon borders and bag side-seams meet at the sides in alignment lol I'm anal enough to check THAT too!)
Anyways, not only have I known her since we were both 14 year olds in Church, but we're also born a mere 2 weeks part thereabouts. So July is always happening for us!

Of course, we meet pretty early. My shift finishes at 7am and the Coffeebean only opens at 8am so we have a pretty early breakfast..... But it's all good...

Coffeebean has great, tasty breakfast sets for under 10 bucks. B tried the salmon egg muffin today, for a change. Not as good, was the verdict. But still, it looked pretty yummy!



And I always have the salmon scramble. Good grief, y'all... Absolutely nommy!!!



And horror of horrors!!! Whilst eating, I found out that B's not tried McDonalds' Cinnamon Melts! So of course, we just HAD to hustle to the Mcd around the corner. Hallo, Cinnamon Melts are my current addiction :D

And me.... for those of you who are recent visitors to this blog, you'll realise soon enough that I can't take straight-faced, normal, smiley pictures. It's just my quirk.

*shrugs*

But I look good, eh? Like I can inhale all the doughy bits in one snort, eh? Like a cocaine desert, eh? Aw yeah! lol



Anyways, I may be pretty isolated on my night shifts..... but I do get bounced off humans occasionally. Heh.

Next stop, breakfast with Liza and Mag this Sunday. Ho ho... more pics to come! Perhaps not so off-kilter... these 2 ladies are (ahem) a little more serious than I am. Which means the pictures might turn out better (more conventionally) posed.


Or perhaps not. *evil grin* We shall see!
