A flaming diva calls from Amsterdam. His luggage bags've been delivered, but not the keys.

Can you tell me how much I can claim? You know, I have to DESTROY my bags now, you know? To get my things out, you know. So? SO? Can you get someone to call me back now? Who will help me open my bag, you know? And can you get someone to take away my bags also?

Huh?

I do what I can, which isn't much. The hotline is 24hours, but my claims staff onviously are not. And then the cincher :

"Make sure they call me back at this time. It's now 5+ Holland time. I am on holiday and I don't want to be disturbed during the day. Make sure, ah!"

I am forced to bite my tongue lest I let loose with a few choice words of my word. Stupid bitch, purchasing travel insurance doesn't mean you've purchased slaves.

(1) Travel insurance is on a reimbursement basis, you get your stupid ass back to Singapore and THEN you file your claim.
(2) We're not going to fly out a new bag for you
(3) We're certainly not flying someone to pick up your damaged bag.
(4) And we're MOST CERTAINLY NOT going to wait up and call you at fucking 3am in the morning Singapore time.

What's worse, flaming divas have this way of speaking which grate on my nerves. That special blend of condescension and the stupidity of it all (hello, did you call the frickin' airline and airport in the first place?) Plus this one has that fake angmoh slang/accent, which REALLY pisses me off.


Bah, the Stupids. Why can't we get rid of them all????
