Why don't more people do what they want?

I love the freedom my current job gives me.
*small sigh*

Used to be a time when I'd head home with the brain churning about the next day's possible issues, or what advice to give which client, or if my contract staff would turn up, or if we'd hit our required targets, or which vendor would fuck up again.

Or if, or if, or if.

Now, I leave early enough after my 8 hours, and it's absolutely wonderful to step out of the building to morning sunlight and clouds.

No sunrise colouring, but the clouds still looked unreal! And as I walk off, any and all office drama with it's smattering of idiot customers are left behind. Mental freedom, I can assure you, cannot be pegged to any sort of material cost. Nothing in the world. Would not trade this for anything you could give me.

On days like this I have no regrets whatsoever. Onwards and upwards!

hey HRH Coco
(Can I call you Coco?:D)

Absolutely, it is not something that can be bought or put a price on... and I wonder if many Singaporeans will ever learn that? Always rush rush rush.... but are they ever getting anywhere?

Sure, you can call me Coco.

BTW, I'll have to re-send you an invite to my blog, coz the earlier one seemed to have automatically expired after a month...unless you log in before expiry.
