That time of year

Argh. The Christmas shopping has begun!


So., School holidays are now on, with festive sales in abundance, PLUS Singaporeans in masses at shopping malls. This equates into hordes of morons traipsing through shopping malls with maid in tow, pushing a pram the size of a tank, with grandparents that should be in a wheelchair, and squalling children running around; all walking at around half a mile per 10 minutes. It's seriously got to be one of the most aggravating times of the year for me :o


Fortunately, I have an agreement with The Sister on combining Christmas packages for Nan and family, and our parents. So that just leaves The Sister herself, and I saw gorgeous pair of onyx earring that she may like.


It's funny... über upmarket Swarovski had earrings galore, but nothing that appealed. Whilst this one local heartland silver shop had a pair that... by golly, the onyx crystals just cried out to be purchased. 


Perhaps the crystals themselves need to be purchased.
