Think

I think this is a fantastic idea.

Teenagers are being encouraged to think about the future. Our future. Not a fantastically futuristic slant on things, but applicable technology. How our lives might evolve and change.

"..... an emphasis on an ability to communicate "the excitement and practical uses" of the scientific theory..... The winners will be treated to a VIP visit to the Space Center, based at Cape Canaveral, Florida."

How cool is that? Our youngsters are being pushed into thinking, essentially, about man's way of life. Too many kids don't think, cannot appreciate, are unable to fathom how we've evolved. And how dependant we are on the Earth.


I wish they'd do something similar here.
