Blogroll up-date

I've been following this chap for a while now.

I have no idea why because his blog seems to be mostly of his running escapades and I am a sluggard on my feet. I love to walk, but I will never run (the titties cannae take it, eh?)

And yet, and yet..... I find myself continuously going back to see how his runs are doing. His joy is contagious, his enthusiasm clearly coming through, and I find his pictures funny. So perhaps that's enough.
