Idiots, the lot of them.

I have to vent. This has been a spectacularly bad day. And this is on top of yesterday's shift, which brough the idiots out of the woodwork.

One calls in to scream at me - SCREAM - that we were late in sending him the renewal notice. After he fucking ran out of breath, I managed to get a word in and ....... ta da!!..... turns out he's referring to the road tax, which is under a stat board, and has absofuckinglutely NOTHING to do with us whatsoever. No apologies, just hangs up on me. Fucktard.

My other choice idiot was this guy whom I Had to spend 40 fucking minutes with. The guy drives up to Malaysia, gets extorted on some stupid sum of money just to have his fucking car towed back to Singapore, and I have to break down our process in 10 second bits for him. And repeat it every 5 minutes. At 40 minutes, that's 8 fucking times. FUCKTARD!

How do these people get by in life? WHY are they breeding? If you scream at me for something my company does, that's fine! That goes with the fucking territory! But if you scream at me because of your own goddamned fucking stupidity. OR your fucking parent's pisspoor genetic material, I'll fucking give you my fucking left tit if you can keep your cool after 15 fucking minutes.

I don't know if I can make the remaining 3 hours left on shift..... Jesus Christ, I'll be taking a smoke break every half an hour. Fuck.
